Sales Support Researcher
Job Summary
We are seeking a self-sufficient, and thorough individual to fill-in the role of a researcher who, together with a team, will support our US and Philippine-based account executives. The position shall require researching for information about existing and potential clients in the internet. It will play a vital role in providing data which drives the company's sales process. In addition, the researcher may likewise be requested to perform staff support activities for the sales team.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
The position shall be responsible for building-up and updating data of companies and contacts used by sales executives
Work in accordance with a project brief and specific deliverables
Conduct research on specific subject matters driven by business needs
Utilize various professional sources to find and extract pertinent information
Organize and maintain a database of companies and contacts
Carry-out ad-hoc tasks delegated by the team lead and/or requested by clients
Provide staff support functions for the US and Philippine-based sales team.
Perform additional tasks delegated by the team lead
Requirements and Qualification
Demonstrated ability to fulfil the responsibilities of the job with at least 2 years of experience in related fields;
Strong research and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to formulate research plan, collect and analyse useful data and information; knowledge of research tools and methodology;
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and project members to deliver objectives on time;
Fluency in English language, written and spoken;
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
Team player;
Ability to work unsupervised, in a rapidly changing environment;
Ability to operate and lead under pressure and in physically or mentally challenging situations;
Bachelor's/College Degree or at least 2 years in College
Computer literacy is a must
