SALES & SUPPORT MANAGER
We are looking for a Sales & Support Manager. Supervisors, Team Leads and/or Sales Trainers are welcome to apply!
Responsibilities:
Leads and oversees the Customer Support and Content Outreach Team.
Implements activities to maximize sales opportunities, address merchant service issues, drive user sign-ups, and create extensive customer base.
Helps the company continually improve its products for our global users.
Drives daily sales targets by evaluating the sales approach of the team
Provides timely feedback/training that will improve selling, engagement, and problem-solving skills.
Identifies ways to equip the team on how to successfully save customers from terminating their accounts/sign-ups.
Drives sales conversion from industry relevant websites through outreach marketing activities and strategies. Ensures that efforts and strategy leads to successful sales & traffic.
Ensures that the team provides “above-and-beyond” customer service and support.
Qualifications:
Has extensive experience in customer service and sales.
Understands the dynamics of customer service and has a profound knowledge of effective sales techniques or processes.
Knowledge in SEO, affiliate, or online marketing is an advantage.
Has a strong willingness to determine and solve possible and existing business opportunities and challenges.
Knows how to research and study current market trends to create better marketing tools and planning new SEO strategies that leads to successful sales & traffic.
Well experienced on web navigation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Possess a strong analytical and organizational skills.
Experience in content writing is also an advantage.
Capable of managing and growing the team.
