About the Role
In your role as a Sales Support, your core responsibility will involves contributing to the success of the sales team by implementing effective outreach strategies through email campaigns, utilizing creative content creation tools like Canva, leveraging Microsoft Suites for seamless communication, achieving substantial conversion rates, and showcasing a thorough understanding of the sales process and social media platforms for optimal client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate outreach efforts through email campaigns to connect with potential clients, ensuring a thorough grasp of their interests and requirements.
Exhibit a high level of communication proficiency in both written and spoken English, demonstrating a keen awareness of punctuation conventions.
Apply a solid understanding of Canva for the creation of visually appealing and creative content and decks.
Utilise Microsoft Suites, particularly PowerPoint and Teams, to facilitate seamless communication and collaborative efforts.
Achieve a commendable conversion rate from initial emails to follow-up interactions, aiming for 10-15% success.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the sales process, exhibiting familiarity with the sales funnel and the various entry points for individuals into the business.
Advanced understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Position Prerequisites
Experience & Software
At least 6 months - 1 years of relevant experience
Good knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Suites, particularly PowerPoint and Teams
Proficient understanding of sales process
Familiarity with Trello is advantageous
Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a bonus
Experience with any CRM, preferably Hubspot is beneficial
Experience with building infographics is also advantageous
Skills
Proactive, has the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Has excellent written and verbal communication.
Highly organized with multi-tasking abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and adjust to changing priorities and demands
