Job Description: Sales Support / Assistant for Premium
 
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support / Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our sales team. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, helps manage client relationships, and assists in achieving sales targets by handling key back-office tasks and coordination.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotations, billing, inventory, contracts, and presentations.
Maintain and update customer databases & sales records.
Handle order processing, invoicing, and coordination with logistics or production teams.
Provide timely responses to client inquiries and follow up on pending requirements.
Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and prepare necessary materials for sales activities.
Monitor sales performance reports, pipeline status, and prepare monthly/weekly summaries.
Support marketing and promotional activities related to sales campaigns and events.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
Liaise with internal departments to address customer needs and support after-sales service.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or Department Head.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not always required).
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative role (fresh graduates with strong potential may also apply).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferably familiar with CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a proactive and customer-focused attitude.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
