We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Support Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless coordination of new and existing merchants onto our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment processing, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
Onboarding Process Management
Guide Relationship Managers and Merchants through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline onboarding workflows and improve overall efficiency.
Documentation and Compliance
Collect, review, and verify merchant documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare the necessary documentations such as the Processing Services Agreement (PSA), Enhanced due diligence forms etc. for the onboarding of eligible clients.
Stay updated on industry regulations and communicate changes to the team.
Respond to requests for copies, queries and concerns related to document onboarding.
Maintain an updated Masterfile of prospective, validated, and onboarded clients.
Interact with merchant vendors, payment facilitator partners as part of onboarding process especially for credit card and wallet payment options
Merchant Education
Provide comprehensive training to merchants on our platform, explaining features and ensuring they maximize the benefits of our services.
Address any inquiries or concerns from Relationship Managers and Merchants regarding the onboarding process.
Specific Experience
With at least 5 years experience in New Accounts (with a Bank preferably) or has experience as Credit Analyst or Loans Analyst
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in merchant onboarding or a similar role within the payments industry.
Strong understanding of payment processing, compliance, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service
