Job Overview
We are looking for an organized sales and Sales Specialist to assist in the advertising and selling of our company's products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. The sales executive's responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, sales human resource objectives. The sales executive represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Responsible for selling company supplies such as coffee beans, milk and other ingredients
· Requires frequent fieldwork, conducting product demonstrations and on-site sales to customers.
· Learn how to prepare coffee and beverages and be capable of independently presenting solutions to clients.
· Finding sales opportunities, contacting many potential customers, demonstrating the product or service and negotiating and closing the sale with the customer.
· Makes accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations
· Create a purchase order or receive payment from the customer and arrange for the customer to receive the products or services in a timely fashion.
· Continue to assist the customer with any questions or concerns after the sale as well. Along with sales responsibilities,
· Responsible for creating sales reports, maintaining files and reviewing competitor's products and the employer's new products to stay competitive.
Job Specifications:
· Required to have at least one (1) or more years of sales experience.
· Possesses experience in field sales and door-to-door sales.
· Holds at least Bachelor's degree
· Competitive and persuasive; and strong negotiation skills
· Trustworthy and highly dependable and independent.
