JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist sellers on how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
Advertise properties using a variety of marketing techniques
Evaluate the client's desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability
Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information toward a beneficial understanding
Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases
Present properties to potential buyers and address questions and concerns
Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements, etc)
Coordinate property auctions or exchanges
Generate and manage lists of properties for sale
Collaborate and network with Contractors, Home Inspectors, Attorneys and other external Stakeholders
Remain knowledgeable about the market and best Real Estate practices
JOB QUALIFICATION
Proven experience as a sales and marketing assistant
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications
Exquisite communication and people skills
A High School diploma; BS in Marketing, Business, or relevant field is a strong advantage
Has experience working in the real estate industry
