Job Summary: The Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving sales targets set by the company and attends to the needs of the MEGI group's customers through top notch service and product knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts field sales (meeting client, taking order, measurements taking, fitting)
Assists MEGI clients (all brands)
Assists and conducts fitting
Checks fitting and overdue fitting schedule on Google Sheets and contacts customers on a daily basis
Maintains and constantly updates a "customer record" for all brands and submits to Sales Manager
Fills out replacement forms and submits to Production Manager
Checks fitting and overdue fitting schedule on Google Sheets and contacts customers on a daily basis
Creates and updates Billing Invoice and Official Receipts on program
Lets customer fill in Customer Satisfaction survey
Job Context:
The Sales Specialist directly reports to the Sales Manager and works closely with other Sales Specialists either in the Makati or SM Megamall store. Regular meetings will be held virtually and physically. Travelling to certain locations as required by the company will happen on an ad hoc basis. As a Sales Specialist, providing top-notch customer experience and meeting sales quotas are expected.

Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Accountability for mistakes and errors, Communication and persuasion
