Job Summary:
 
To promote company's products, services and resource development and will assis the Sales Manager to manage the sales activities and part of attaining sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
Pro-actively participated and assisted in the management of all sales activities to ensure that all policies and procedures were always fully followed.
Collected and analyzed sales data, complete weekly reports, and present results to immediate manager.
Newly establish , develop and maintain positive business and client relationships.
Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Communicating effectively with direct manager, sales leadership team and associates.
Can keep and reach the sales target and has the ability to keep-up-to date advancement in Sales strategies.
Create strategies to generate sales pipelines thru cold calling, social media, email blasting, referral campaign or any marketing activities.
Research and analyze the market's potential and track international trends.
Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate service options.
Qualifications :
Bachelors of Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
3-4 years experience Sales Specialist.
Good communication skills: oral and written
With strong network abilities.
Excellent customer service and has strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.
