DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Sales Services Expert handles SG Sales Ways of Working, Process and Special Projects, particularly in the area of:
A. PROCESS AUTOMATION:
1.He/ She project manage the Sales Flowthrough Manual Improvements and Automation; specifically, crafting the Design/DSUS, attend meetings and collaborates with technical development teams, initiate R&D creation, craft proposal/ Memo Apps and route for approval, execute, monitor and provides evaluation on plans
2.He/ She governs the Salesforce' full adoption and compliance for Direct Sales, IDTC, and BP. Moreover, he/ she: - Handles the the AIS ( Account Information Sheet) completion in Salesforce
3.He/ She handles the project of Digital MSA, liaising with Tech Dev
4.He/She oversee and supervises the VE who maintains the SG Databases/Information and represents SG Sales in the cross-functional meetings and Globe-wide and B2B initiatives on various platforms.
B. LEADS MONITORING
1. He/ She designs a process, be able to document it in a PPM, and cascade to Sales and executes the end-to-end OneSG Leads Monitoring process, from its raw Leads Source until it becomes an activated account.
2. He/ She oversees/ supervises a VE who regularly maintains a Master Monitoring File and uploads data for the Leads Dashboard.
3. He/ She liaises and collaborates with the other teams involved in Leads Management
C. THIRD PARTY COMMISSION
1. He/ She oversees/ supervises a VE - Commission Pay-Out Assistant in doing the weekly commission pay-out
2. He/ She correspondence/ reverts to the 3rd Part Partners and its SG-Sales counterparts on any results of investigation in contention issues raised.
3. He/ She creates a process to efficiently monitor and releases reports, to monitor financial standing. He/She should be able to create a Deck/ PPM for this.
4. He/ She collaborates with his/her SEG colleagues with regards to Commission Models/Schemes & Opex Budget
D. SALES TOOLS & ACCESS
1. He/ She oversees/ supervises a VE in ensuring that all SG Sales are provided with their tools of work and systems access, and ensuring its maintenance.
2. He/ She leads the project for the Employee Portal Request being developed via SmartSheet. He/ She designs/ submits a DSUS and follow through its implementation. He/ She should be able to create a Deck/ PPM for this.
E. HR- RELATED/ TRAININGS/ SIP & PERFORMANCE
1. He/ She conceptualizes and implements, or collaborates with SEG colleagues on special projects for SG-Sales welfare, eg Morale Booster, Trainings & Cascades, Awards, etc. He/ She should be able to create a Deck/PPM for this.
2. He/ She oversees/ supervises a VE who maintains the Database
