What you'll need to qualify: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications Previous sales experience is a plus - with customer service-oriented skills such as empathy, active listening, and resolution-minded aptitude Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment Technology and work environment requirements (Temporary Work from Home): Have the right connection - a home internet connection that is >15Mbps (you may do a quick check through Fast.com) Computer - we'll supply and deliver at your doorstep Must be able to hard-wire (via ethernet cord) directly into your home modem Must have a quiet workspace that is within a reasonable proximity of your router so that you can plug in while working Must be residing within Cebu May require reporting on-site if the trainee experiences any Power/ISP issue for that day What your typical day will consist of: Work in highly measured sales environment - contact rate and conversions Generate sales by managing and processing high volume of inbound sales calls and provide the requested information, including product and service material, deals and promotions Facilitate sales of all services according to company and client's requirements Facilitate client requirements with preparing all new contracts, service agreements and/or sales for the same Conduct proactive consultative analysis to new and existing customers Perform all follow up for outbound calls and consistently ensure optimal levels of client satisfaction.
