Engage in consistent outbound activity - including dialing, email outreach, prospecting, and follow-up - to build and maintain a strong pipeline.
Conduct live, video-based sales calls and product presentations with professionalism and confidence.
Manage and grow assigned client accounts by maintaining consistent outreach, understanding evolving needs, and recommending suitable product or campaign solutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and different departments to ensure smooth client and project execution.
Track client activities, order statuses, and follow-ups using CRM tools and reports.
Negotiate terms and agreements, closing deals that deliver exceptional client value.

Prior experience with promotional products, marketing campaigns, or branded merchandise is highly preferred.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience working remotely with US-based clients.
Proficient in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and project tracking tools.
Detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up and organizational habits.
CompensationHourly Rate: $10-14 USD/hour based on experience.
