- Conduct preliminary evaluation and recruit major/big Brokers.
- Achieve full manpower complement.
- Convert recruits to active sellers.
- Conduct major job fairs and recruitment activities.
- Conduct weekly sellers' orientation.
- Database monitoring and update.
- Monitor sellers' movements and clearances.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource - Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City,Taguig City.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
