We seek a Sales Program Coordinator who is bright, intelligent, a people person, enjoys traveling, and thinks quickly on their feet. Excellent spoken American English skills are required, along with a comfortable grasp of technology and a college degree. Previous experience in Philippine sales is not preferred to ensure fresh perspectives and unbiased approaches to local sales and marketing techniques.
As the Sales Program Coordinator, you will primarily focus on developing and implementing sales programs. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and develop new sales strategies, manage sales collateral, and apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role extends beyond sales, involving in-depth research, gathering client insights, and collaborating with other departments on research projects to gain a comprehensive understanding of our market and services.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales programs.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify new sales strategies and initiatives.
Analyze data and insights to identify sales opportunities and inform decision-making.
Gather client insights to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development.
Qualifications
College graduate of any 4-year course
Demonstrate ability to deliver in a professional setting, preferably with experience in a B2B setting with Americans
Able to lead and contribute in special projects across different departments
