Bachelor's Degree of Marketing or any related course
Must have strong background in Sales
Must have strong experience as Sales Supervisor
Must have skills and knowledge in Sales force/SFDC, CRM, Tableau
Preferably with experience with sales commissions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible to manage and supervise the team to increase sales and profit of the company.
Must understand the customer needs and fulfill the customer requirements.
Responsible to monitor employee productivity and provide evaluation to the team.
Set goals for team performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision and communication to subordinates
Responsible to implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base.
