Acquire BPO is currently looking for an experienced Manager for Sales Operations, Strategy & Planning to lead the prioritization and management of Sales strategic investments to drive growth and productivity. The candidate will report to the Sr. Director of Sales Operations and work directly with Sales Leaders, GTM Analytics and Finance. This role is critical to ensuring investments align to growth targets, consistently tracking outcomes and identifying risk in plans.
The role is also responsible for leading transformational initiatives to improve processes and drive automation. This role requires a high degree of operational rigor (Metrics, KPI's & SLA's), ability to exceed quality standards and evolve an organization that's critical to enabling a multi-billion dollar business.
Main areas of responsibility:
Developing and maintaining a 3 yr. Global Sales plan
Manage quarterly and annual planning exercise with Sales Leaders
Perform Return on Investment (ROI) analysis and weekly/monthly reporting cadence
Oversee the quality of all Sales Performance metrics ensuring we're tracking to plan
Ability to quickly identify risk and develop recommendations to course correct
Lead cross functional activities GTM Analytics and Finance teams to align Sales plans
Drive process improvement & automation initiatives to streamline deliverables
Accountable for the overall accuracy of Sales Targets and Coverage Models
Work with Compensation Leader to align Comp and Quota plans
Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness with senior executives and key stakeholders
Ability to develop and present data driven business plans and analysis
Qualifications:
3+ years' experience in Sales Strategy & Planning and Sales Operations
Significant experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis, modeling budgets, pipeline, forecast and ROI analysis
Must have High Tech and SaaS GTM experience, UCaaS preferred
Positive, professional and can-do attitude with an ability to lead an evolving team
Ability to lead cross functional and executive strategy sessions
Experience with a wide variety of routes to market (direct, channel and strategic partner sales) and segments (SMB, commercial, enterprise) in multiple geographies
Experience working with multinational decision-makers, as part of offshore/BPO centers of excellence
Experience in Headcount and Capacity Planning
Experience with Profit & Loss Management
Experience creating reports automation
Advanced knowledge of software and spreadsheet applications, sophisticated formula and macro creation required (SQL, Tableau, Advanced Excel)
Proficiency with Alteryx or Python considered a plus
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Must be willing to work on night shift (1 am - 10 am, Tuesday to Saturday)
