Requirements

Excelling in phone-based customer service and sales, offering personalized advice, and closing deals.
Crafting email responses that provide customers with 2-3 tailored product options, supporting their decision-making process.
Identifying and implementing optimized operational processes to enhance efficiency and meet deadlines.
Brainstorming and executing new ideas to drive growth in the e-commerce space.
What You Bring to the Table
Operations Experience: 3+ years in operations and logistics, with a focus on detail-oriented workflows.
Customer Service Expertise: 3+ years in customer service, including experience addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Sales Acumen: 2+ years of phone sales experience, with the ability to provide options and close sales effectively.
Shopify Knowledge: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing a Shopify store.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage logistics and ensure timely deliveries.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for providing outstanding customer experiences at every touchpoint.
US Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the US e-commerce landscape to help drive initiatives and meet goals.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-commerce tools and warehouse management systems is an asset.
Communication: Excellent English verbal and written skills.
