60% on logistics and operations.
25% on customer service.
15% on sales.
Requirements
Managing third-party delivery, warehouse, and trucking teams to ensure customers receive their items on time.
Using your Shopify expertise to update order statuses, arrange shipping, and process new orders.
Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and care through phone, email, and live chat.
Excelling in phone-based customer service and sales, offering personalized advice, and closing deals.
Crafting email responses that provide customers with 2-3 tailored product options, supporting their decision-making process.
Identifying and implementing optimized operational processes to enhance efficiency and meet deadlines.
Brainstorming and executing new ideas to drive growth in the e-commerce space.
What You Bring to the Table
Operations Experience: 3+ years in operations and logistics, with a focus on detail-oriented workflows.
Customer Service Expertise: 3+ years in customer service, including experience addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Sales Acumen: 2+ years of phone sales experience, with the ability to provide options and close sales effectively.
Shopify Knowledge: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing a Shopify store.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage logistics and ensure timely deliveries.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for providing outstanding customer experiences at every touchpoint.
US Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the US e-commerce landscape to help drive initiatives and meet goals.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-commerce tools and warehouse management systems is an asset.
Communication: Excellent English verbal and written skills.
