SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER
 
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-5- yr course, but BS Customs Administration Graduate is an advantage;
Should have a minimum experience of 3 to 10 years as Sales & Operations Manager in an International Freight Forwarding Company (exposed to Air & Sea Exportation and Importation/Warehousing);
Must have knowledge in Customs & PEZA processing;
Must be able to lead & manage the Sales & Operations Department in order to achieve the company's goals, especially by maintaining & acquiring accounts, while keeping a safe & efficient operation at all times;
Excellent in cost analysis, planning & organizing ability, pro-active & result-oriented;
A team member, and possess an excellent Leadership/Management, Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills.
Proficient in both Written and Oral English, and Japanese Language is an asset;
Computer literate;
Knowledge and exposure in ISO 9001:2015 & 5S System or OSH, would be an advantage;
Job Description:
Lead the Sales & Operations Department in order to achieve the branch' goal as well as the corporate goals;
Plan and forecast the branch sales and revenue performance;
Closely supervise/mentor the Sales & Operations Asst. Manager & Sales staff in the preparation of sales proposals;
Closely manage the Air Export, Ocean Export, Air Import, Ocean Import, Heavylift and Warehousing operations of the branch;
Coordinate with the HR/Admin Manager and General Manager in matters pertaining to employee concerns;
Check and approve requests and other documents related to operations;
Direct in meeting the ISO Corporate Quality Objective;
Check billing documents and other Shipment or Revenue Report of Operations Department prior to submission to Accounting or General Manager;
Lead in implementing control systems without sacrificing good quality service;
Lead in maintaining existing customers and/or in acquiring accounts;
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget in relation to Sales & Operations.
