Job Description
Encompass everything from lead management, sales strategy, process optimisation, sales training & data handling
Implementation of sales strategy & methodologies, identifying KPIs and sales metrics
Customer data collection & analytics, producing customer insights for the business
Forecast future sales growth and create a tactical sales strategy, setting objectives around this
Serve as subject matter expert for all sales channels
Training and development of sales teams
The Successful Applicant
Head of Sales level talent needed given the large size of this FMCG company in the Philippines & the inevitable progression of the leader in this role
Background in general trade, modern trade, trade marketing & sales operations
10 years+ progressive FMCG experience
Highly analytical & data driven
