You Will Be Responsible For
Plot all request to the delivery and collection schedule (Google Sheet for proper dispatch).
Monitoring of stocks.
Monitoring of Booking request.
Prepare items requested by rep/ Hospital.
Prepare SI, CR, DR. etc.
Monitoring of Email if there's a PO sent.
Remit Collections at accounting
Encoding Receipts
Answering Phone call of Rep & Hosp
Assisting in document compilation (Manuals, Certificate)
Filing of DR (replacement of item or issuance only)
Make a file for the monitoring of released items
Update Blanket PO from SLMC- Global & SLMC-QC
Coordinate with Reps other inquiries
Monitor Receipts (Assigned) & Receipts given to Rep
Monitor and process release of all importation.
Update the division on the status of all order and delivery request.
Track status of all shipments.
Create and manage tracker for Joints transactions.
Ideal Profile
You possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in any field.
You have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
Having a customer service experience is an advantage.
You are willing to work in Makati City.
