The Sales Officer is in charge of developing and managing new accounts; cultivating customer relationships for myPrimeHR-a Human Resource Information System, by retaining and expanding possible opportunities to drive continuous revenue for the company.
Main job scope includes:
Work with Marketing Team in creating strategies to conduct appropriate market studies to increase sales opportunities;
Perform account management for potential leads and prospects of direct selling efforts;
Conduct thorough qualifications of accounts during the initial stage of the selling cycle;
Coordinate with Marketing Team for lead generation, telemarketing;
Coordinate with other departments in preparing demo systems for technical presentations;
Conduct client visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations;
Ensure complete and detailed documentation of client requirements every pre-sales meeting;
Coordinate with proper departments to ensure all development and implementation costs are included in the proposal preparation;
Prepare sales proposals based on discussed solutions for their business requirements;
The following are the qualifications for the Sales Account Manager position:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Development, Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience;
At least one (1) year experience in Solutions selling;
Vast knowledge of industry and market trends in HRIS;
Familiarity in HR practices in different industries is an advantage;
Experience in selling and/or implementing HRIS is an advantage;
Ability to engage with higher management and business leaders, all levels of the team
