DOBE EXPORT INTERNATIONAL, was founded on July 1985 to address the chronic supply of shrimp fry in the country's shrimp industry.   Engaging in shrimp broodstock and hatchery operations, a very hands-on management started with one (1) hatchery in Talisay, Cebu in 1985.  In 1994, the company expanded its hatchery operations with another hatchery in Central Philippines, adding another hatchery in 2003.   
 
The company started in 1985 in the prawn fry maturation and larval rearing as well as a fry distribution and nursery. Starting 2005, the company changed species from black tiger prawns to (vannamei) pacific white shrimp.  Currently, the company continues its fry production and is a major distributor of 60% of shrimp fry requirement to the major shrimp farms in the Philippines. 
 
The company is currently taking on an aggressive role in the industry by expanding its hatcheries to Nationwide Management credits its continuous growth to innovative and a hands-on approach with short management communication.  This has ensured a continuous production increase of quality shrimp fry.  
 
Management also maintains good working relationships and short communications with the shrimp farmers / exporters and other allied players in the industry.  DOBE is also   recognized as one of the leaders in the shrimp hatchery industry by the government's Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR).

Qualifications:
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aquaculture, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications or training in sales or aquaculture will be considered an advantage.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively
Ability to travel to client meetings, events, and farm locations.
Comfortable with occasional field visits and farm tours.
