Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated, creative, adaptable, and reliable Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing family and help take our company to the next level.
Analyze the market
Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
Gather and analyze customer/client's business needs
Monitor and report competitors' marketing and sales activities
Attract New Clients and Generate Sales
Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material
Calls and/or email businesses for potential partnership to generate sales
Maintain updated records of the CRM
Maintains constant communication and follow ups (if needed) to clients and potential partnership
Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics
Manage daily administrative tasks
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant field
At least 1-3 years' work experience as a marketing associate, marketing assistant, sales specialist, or similar position
Strong working knowledge of marketing and sales
Proficient in using tools such as CRM, Microsoft Office suite, Google Sheet, or PowerPoint
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Knowledge in digital tools and techniques is preferred, not required
With BPO experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or cold calling is preferred, not required
With existing active/valid passport and US VISA is preferred
