Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients in commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and architects.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
Manage digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure client needs are met.
Maintain sales reports and provide regular performance updates.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the fit-out or construction industry.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of fit-out construction and interior design concepts.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Experience in digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
