SALES & MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Job Description:
Responsible in the over-all sales process of the Company, from the preparation of presentation to prospective clients until the preparation of the Contract to Sell and Deed of Absolute Sale, and other related activities in relation to completing the sales process;
Implement company's management standards, operating plans, and programs for its projects and developments;
Attend regular coordination meeting with colleagues, company officers and customers;
Prepare and monitor targets for the sales & marketing segment of the Company;
Assist in the collection of outstanding accounts of the customers; and
Attend to customers' inquiries, requests and concerns
Job Qualifications:
Though not critical, preferably with experience in sales and marketing
Marketing graduate or graduate of any business administration course
Customer service oriented
Good leadership skills
Proficient in verbal and written English
Office to be held in Makati
Willing to travel/visit Laguna, Naic, Cavite, Pampanga and Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental on a regular basis
