Our growing company is in need of a:
 
SALES & MARKETING ASSOCIATE
 
Required Experience/Skills:
Must have at least one (1) year sales and marketing experience; expert in utilizing Microsoft Office; excellent verbal and written communication; expertise in marketing and advertising is a plus.
Education: Degree in Sales or Marketing or any relevant field.
 
Essential Functions: 
 
A Sales & Marketing Associate is expected to continuously update his/her knowledge of the company products, services, and policies. Assist the Sales and Marketing Officer and may report directly to the Managing Director. The associate is responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services the company offers; create marketing campaigns; prepare and plan advertising materials to maximize brand promotion; identify target customers and generate leads; plan, project and manage marketing events and evaluate their success. He/She will assist the Sales and Marketing Officer in day to day operations and may report directly to the Managing Director.
 
Areas of Responsibilities;
Answer phone calls and inquiries; Greet customers and accommodate them during their visits; 
Do out of office and out of town client calls with the Sales Officer, CEO and Managing Director;
Assist in creating promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, marketing copy, etc.
Help maintain the company website and social media accounts for brands, products, or services.
Help maintain excellent client relationships through superior customer service skills, by doing regular follow-ups.
Place calls to or visit clients as needed to provide marketing materials, deliver sales pitches, or answer client questions.
Help plan promotional events hosted by the company's marketing department.
Keep any and all client information and company trade information confidential.
