SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team across all company branches, fostering a culture of excellence and providing strategic guidance to achieve and surpass performance targets.
Oversee the operations and performance of all sales branches, ensuring alignment with company goals and consistent execution of sales strategies.
Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance metrics across branches, delivering insightful reports and actionable recommendations to management.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, prioritizing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business preferably majoring in Sales and Marketing
5+ years' of sales experience preferably in Construction or any Glass and Aluminum related industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project Management and Planning skills
Knowledgeable in Progress Billing
Strong leadership and team management skills
