SALES MANAGER
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or any related field
At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials
Proven experience as a successful sales professional, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, plans, and programs
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team towards achieving ambitious goals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
Proactive and results- driven approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and business growth
Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal results
Identify new market opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients to expand the customer base and increase market share
Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify areas for improvement and develop effective sales programs
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and provide insights for continuous improvement
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to remain competitive and identify innovative sales approaches
