Key Responsibilities
1. Develop business strategy and ensure flawless execution
Develop business strategy for acquisition and retention of targeted retailers & execute the plan.
Driving sales delivery & active stores
Support execution of Marketing, Category initiatives; facilitate roll-out of company projects such as portfolio solutions, digital transformation, data analytics
2. Manage and develop salesforce:
Co-develop and implement capability building plan
Provide coaching online and on-field
Deliverables
Output KPI: Number of Active Retailers; Sale Value.
Input KPI: Order/AoV /Salesforce KPI achievement and Capability.
To Do Well In This Position, You Must Have
Several years of experience working experience in customer development, B2B ecommerce and FMCG industry preferred
Strong capability in Business Acumen and change management
Stakeholder management experience and a strong relationship builder/influence
Result driven, willingness to take challenges and work under pressure, with entrepreneurship
