Graduate of any 4-year course
with more than 3years of Real Estate Sales experience
minimum of 2 years managerial experience
with a ready team of at least 5-8 real estate salesperson upon joining
must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Real Estate Brokers License is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Supervise sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual sales target and deliverables are met
Source, Recruit and Maintain the required manpower; five (5) to eight (8) Property Sales Consultants, throughout the contract
Develops & implement effective sales marketing strategies for the team
