You'll work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and get to lead in-market strategies across multiple product lines, business units, and departments.How success looks likeAs a Key Account Manager, you are in charge of maintaining and growing a long-term partnership with your customer by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives. Whilst building the plans, you will not only demonstrate your sales skills, but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights and logistical understanding to develop programs which will build the business.Responsibilities of the role
Manage a geographical region consisting of small stores, wholesalers and customers
Gain deep understanding of customer needs through fieldwork
Prepare volume forecast, plans and execute go-to-market strategies
Delivery volume and leadership presence in-store
Collaborate very closely with other departments to deliver excellent end-to-end customer service delivery & respond to market trends & needs.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field
Willing to be mobile and potentially relocate to anywhere in the Philippines
Having 1 to 3 years of sales experience in the Consumer Goods industry is an asset but not a requirement. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good speaking & written command of the English language
Strong organizational & analytical skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment
