To generate from SAP and BW sales information and to provide timely, accurate sales reports to sales management team of GREAT FOOD SOLUTIONS
To create sales databank as a repository of valuable sales information
To regularly maintain customer master data necessary for all sales transactions
To analyze sales data and identifies trends to aid sales management in making decision
To generate sales reports in a national, chain and area levels with comparison vs. budget vs. forecast vs. last year for GREAT FOOD SOLUTIONS
To provide sales channel and areas budget and forecast volume on a per chain channel/distributor /outlet and per product/SKUs
To prepare monthly incentive schemes
Education
College Graduate of any business related courses
Should have good background in Economics, Statistics, Computer and Basic Knowledge in Accounting
Working Experience
Has at least one(1) year experience in Sales Information
Familiarity on Sales Computerized Information System and SAP SD/BW module
Work Conditions
Basic office settings with computer
Regular communications with GFS Management Team
Skills
Knowledgeable in computer operation (MS Office especially Excel program)
Oral and written communication skills
