We're hiring a Sales Executive to grow BYL's portfolio with hotels, resorts, developers, and property managers. You'll own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and solution scoping to pricing, negotiation, and handover to our technical team for deployment.What you'll do1. Build and manage a qualified pipeline of hotel/residential prospects; convert MQLs to SQLs and to closed deals.2. Conduct client discovery, site visits, product demos, and ROI/TCO discussions.3. Prepare proposals, quotations, and bid documents; coordinate with Technical/Aftermarket for scopes & timelines.4. Drive renewals, upgrades, and cross-sell opportunities (locks, safes, minibars, energy units, batteries, beds).5. Maintain accurate CRM records: activities, forecasts, and collection follow-through.6. Represent BYL in industry events and sales presentations; uphold brand and service standards.What you'll sell1. Hotel solutions: VingCard online/mobile-ready locks, Elsafe safes, Wellway minibars, energy control units2. Residential smart locks for condos & mixed-use projects1. 1-4+ years in B2B sales (hospitality, construction, building tech, security systems, or related) - top entry-level sellers are welcome.2. Strong prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills; comfortable with targets and fieldwork.3. Organized with solid documentation skills (quotations, bid requirements, basic project handover).4. Collaborative, customer-first mindset; can coordinate with engineers and installers.5.
