Job Description:
Aufgabe
Sales Executive
The Sales Executive for Management Service is responsible for selling the company's services and building customer relationships in management certification services (i.e. auditing and system certification). He/she identifies prospects and business opportunities for the company and is expected to determine customers' needs and provide them with possible business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages existing customers and develop new customers, and understand customers business status, look for business opportunities and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.
- Promotes and sells the company services and builds customer long term relationships.
- Conducts 80% of sales activity doing sales visits, meeting customers, provides service for existing/new customers, and is accountable for achieving assigned sales targets
- Identifies, creates and makes follow-ups on new customer accounts, as well as, partners with regional/local operations team in launch of new products and services
- Formulates and executes sales and marketing strategies for Management Services (MS)
- Develops marketing programs, activities and customer focused events.
- Provides pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support to customers.
- Prepares quotations and follow up on sales enquiries/proposal from customers.
- Reports sales performance metrics and improvement plans for customer-related processes
- Reviews, evaluates and develops pricing strategies for various services
- Ensures timely response to customers' inquiries, feedback and comments
- Builds, strengthens and optimizes relationships with customers, prospects and partners
- Maintains a sound technical/application knowledge based on all MS products and services.
Key Qualifications:
- A diploma/degree in Business Administration, Marketing and/or any related discipline with strong inclination to sales and business development
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in corporate sales is required
- Preferably knowledgeable in different ISO standards or certification industry
- Sales experience and technical knowledge with food and beverage standards and/or IATF 16949 Certification, an advantage
- Must have strong corporate selling skills and interpersonal skills with excellent customer focus to establish positive relations
- With excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate
- Proficient in both written and spoken English language
- Possess valid driving license and own vehicle will be an advantage
