Job Description:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Builds and maintains relationship with clients, understand their needs and addresses concerns effectively
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through phone, email, networking, social media or in person
Handling customer complaints, inquiries and questions
Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports
Participates on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Achieving daily, weekly, monthly sales target
Gather feedback from customers and prospects and share with internal teams
Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
