Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Setting personal goals & expectations
Develop & implement a strategy and tactical plan
Conducting market research and help the organization gain a better understanding of customers' needs
Developing sales opportunities and follow up with potential existing clients
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Good listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Able to handle rejections
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
