Provide general administrative Sales support
Prepare, proofread and format documents
Track status of client engagements, demos, pilots, and sales
Support sales team with up to date documentation
Remind/ alert key personnel of upcoming sales pitches/ demos/ deadlines
Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed
Take detailed accurate notes in client meetings
Establish positive rapport with clients and team members
Must-Have:
Well-organized multi-tasker, capable of operating on multiple fronts simultaneously and in an orderly fashion
Strong time management skills, with the ability to define success, clarify scope, map out a timeline, and execute
Manage weekly updates to maintain accuracy
Must be a proactive self starter
Has an excellent grasp of spoken and written English and can articulate ideas clearly and concisely
Enjoys working in a challenging and fast paced environment
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
Organized, responsive, professional demeanor, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Team player with superb collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely
