As the Sales Excellence Specialist, you will be a customer-centric creator of effective customer interactions and thrive in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment. Crafting how our customers interact with us - through buying, management and retention-creating valuable conversations that are just what our customer needs. Empathetic with outside-in thinking, you'll have a knack for a turn of phrase that will generate high-performing, efficient plays that deliver a consistent, valuable experience.
Your job will be equal parts content wrangler, copy editor, and researcher/optimizer of the customer interactions. You'll support leadership to drive a well-defined, nimble, rhythm of the business, which encourages business results in sales motions and accelerates the close of existing opportunities. You'll love the challenge of finding just the right words to empower our customers to make an impact AND drive faster, smoother, effective sales and lifecycle motions.
Responsibilities:
Ensure consistent, successful, customer-centric interactions
Edit and craft interaction and digital copy that is error-free and engaging
Collaborate with key internal partners and, through feedback, be driven to optimize
Use your skills of persuasion to help change the way the world communicates
Qualifications:
1-3 sales copywriting experience
Experience in producing copy for direct to consumer, and business-to-business customers
Demonstrated success in persuasive writing
Outstanding grammar, spelling, copyediting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-Motivated, energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
