QUALIFICATIONS:
Ø Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved.
Ø With at least 1-2 yrs experience in sales and customer service
Ø Reliable technical background
Ø Good marketing skills and business sense
Ø Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stress and work pressure
Ø Excellent in Analyzation of concern
Ø Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
Ø High-level organizational skills for maintaining sales territory
Ø Self-confidence to support persuasion and sales efforts
Ø bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.
Ø Experience in sales and the technology field.
Ø Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ø Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how our services work.
Ø Collaborate with technical team and In house Engineers to ensure that client meets the expectations.
Ø Establish rapport with client to understand demands and offer sales support where necessary.
Ø Secure project completion, guarantee service standards and ensure safe and quality product delivery.
Ø Plan service modifications to meet customers' demand.
Ø Assist clients concerns and inquiry about the service
Ø Recommend to the customers and explain how the equipment will be more cost-effective.
Ø Collect and document competitive intelligence
Ø Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
Ø Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
Ø Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Ø Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
Ø Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
Ø Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
Ø Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
Ø Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
Ø Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
