Job Description
A Sales Engineer is a sales professional who specializes in understanding all
the technical aspects of a technical product and explaining them to potential
customers. Their duties include consulting on product development,
explaining product features to customers during site visits or presentations,
and negotiating contract terms.
To be a successful Sales Engineer, you should possess an in-depth
knowledge of our company's technical products and services and you should
be able to relate this knowledge in a way that is understandable to non-
technical customers. You should be driven to achieve your sales goals and
should have excellent sales and customer service skills.
Sales Engineer Responsibilities:
 Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain our
company's products and services to customers.
 Discuss equipment needs and system requirements with customers
and engineers.
 Collab with sales teams to understand customer requirements and
provide sales support.
 Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up after initial contact,
secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, complete sales, and
arrange deliverables.
 Research, develop and modify products to meet customers' technical
requirements and needs.
 Helping customers who have problems with installed products and
recommending solutions.
 Collect client feedback and evaluate the data to create new sales
strategies to target more customers.
 Identify areas of improvement and communicate these issues as well
as possible solutions to upper management.
 Setting and achieving sales quotas.
 Train other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of
the company's products and services.
Sales Engineer Requirements:
 Licensed Engineer.
 Experience in the sales and technology field.
 Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales
skills.
 Ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
 Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
 Good leadership and teamwork skills.
 Experience in Solar energy is an advantage.
 Amenable to work on the following areas: NCR, Batangas, Laguna,
Pampanga
 With driver's license.
