Job Description:
-Courteously take inquiries via e-mails and phone calls and effectively submit competitive pricing to the customers.
-Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
-Coordinate closely with Expandore Electronics Pte. Ltd. on orders made and timely delivery of the equipment.
-Design and engineer A/V system workflow for the most cost effective solution.
-Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
-Conduct demonstrations of equipment being introduced and be familiar with the equipment's features and specifications.
-To keep an inventory record on hand of all equipment used for client demonstrations and to keep track of equipment on loan with customers.
-Effectively coordinate with resellers on new product developments and introduce to individuals/groups the new products.
-Visit customers/clients regularly to establish connection and maybe introduce new developments in the field of broadcast industry.
-Provide professional audio/video, lighting solutions to clients.
-Preparation of Delivery Receipts for rental and merchandise equipment duly approved by authorized personnel before the release.
-Attend product trainings, seminars, trade shows here and abroad to widen the knowledge with products for the Broadcast industry.
-Achieve monthly targets and quota.
