Job Responsibilities
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 2 years of proven experience in technical sales is required for the position.
Good interpersonal skill especially in people skills and building relationships with clients
Having a background in sales of roofing products is a required
Knowledgeable in roofing is also an advantage.
Strong moral values and shows customer-centric is a must.
Must be highly analytical, proactive, creative
Familiarity with web design content management system
