We are seeking a highly qualified candidate for architectural lighting brands.
Job Description
Determine and implement the department's sales strategy.
Manage, coach and mentor a team of employee account officers and sales executives to effectively execute the region's sales strategy
Implementing effective marketing plans.
Proactive sales and lead generation.
Site survey and liaise with client to select right solution.
Liaise and maintain good relationship with network, clients, architects, consultants, Interior designers etc.
Representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, and seminars
Involved in all stages of projects from conceptualization, schematic design and project execution.
Ensure smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time frame and quality standards.
Results orientated, self motivated team player with good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work independently.
Knowledgeable in lighting design.
Experience in LED lighting industries is preferred.
Demonstrated strong leadership, relationship-building, and relationship management skills
Team player is a must and ability to work in a rapid paced and changing environment
Outstanding oral, written and verbal communication/presentation skills
Strong negotiation skills Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required, specifically: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
High level of comfort in communicating with every level of an organization from top level executives to field personnel
Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City and able to travel if requested.
