Ensure customer needs are met with the right equipment and services.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
Achieve sales targets for assigned product range and territory.
Pursue leads, promote products, and close orders professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
Provide regular feedback and reports to the Business Line Manager.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Promote Industrial Air services and products whenever possible.
Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed.
Marketing Management
Increase market share through strategic planning and customer engagement.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Continuously improve product knowledge and technical expertise.
Training & Brand Awareness
Conduct training sessions and symposiums to educate customers.
Promote brand awareness and ensure Atlas Copco is the preferred choice.
Marketing Activities
Sell and promote air compressors and auxiliary equipment.
Visit customers regularly and monitor their activities.
Identify prospects through various channels (consultants, associations, financial institutions, etc.).
Prepare quotations, letters, and other sales documents.
Maintain proper use of company assets.
Report on lost orders and analyze reasons.
Meet annual sales targets.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable equipment.
Coordinate technical evaluations and layout drawings when needed.
Supervise installation progress and ensure proper handover to the Service Department.
Collect and analyze competitor data.
Organize compressed air seminars for customers.
Provide technical, commercial, and operational support to dealers and distributors.
Develop new dealers and distributors in assigned territory.
Assist the Finance Department with payment collection when necessary.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial equipment or technical solutions.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
Technical aptitude to understand product specs and guide customers through solution selection.
Self-driven, organized, and collaborative-able to manage sales cycles and cross-functional coordination.
