Position Responsibilities The Sales Enablement Business Analyst will help to support Deltek's Global Sales Enablement organization with data analysis from multiple sources and systems to enable Enablement and senior management to make data-driven bus Position Responsibilities The Sales Enablement Business Analyst will help to support Deltek's Global Sales Enablement organization with data analysis from multiple sources and systems to enable Enablement and senior management to make data-driven business decisions on a variety of strategic topics. Key focus of this role will be Return on Investment (ROI) analysis of software in our Technology stack as well as programs executed by the Global Sales Enablement team. The ideal candidate is a creative and logical thinker who likes to answer complex questions through rigorous analysis and can formulate that into an easy-to-follow data story. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available data. Analyze key program and technology stack metrics and report to stakeholders. Ad hoc analysis/reporting - develop, execute and deliver reports and analysis based on Sales and Sales Enablement business requirements. Partner with colleagues facilitating the design, build and automation of reports and dashboards. Assist with preparing and presenting analysis and insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. Perform deep-dive studies to inform best practices for different Sales and Enablement strategies. Train and support the Sales teams in the use of self-service data exploration. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovative solutions to business challenges. Collaborate with Sales Operations as required. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years of analytical experience. Salesforce reporting experience/knowledge. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel. SQL desired. Understanding of Sales Enblement, if not, experience in and around Enablement programs and Sales teams. Ability to transform business requirements into technology solutions. Strong communication skills, as well as written and verbal presentation skills. Ability to analyze and diagnose data in a business context. Excellent time management and project management skills. Organized and data oriented with great attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Passion for learning, passion for new and emerging technology trends. Desired Capabilities: Data visualization tool and experience (Power BI and Qlikview) is a plus. Knowledge of data modeling, systems design and integration.
