The successful candidate should be detail-oriented and organized, able to learn quickly and recall information. We are looking for an individual who is able to work independently as well as part of a team. We are looking for a critical thinker that can apply reasoning and analysis to complex requests ensure client needs are handled accurately and risk policy/procedures are followed. In this role, you will: Ensure that the complex product implementation requests received through our centralized mailbox are completed accurately, submitted via Workflow, verified, and acknowledged within our SLA with no client impact. Assign new product and pricing related requests to the appropriate onboarding specialist. Distribute external client communications, account documentation, service notifications, fee schedules, and assistance on special projects as needed. Escalate client impacting issues to management as necessary in a timely manner. Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to lower risk deliverables with narrow impact Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements Provide information to managers, functional colleagues and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers if applicable ..Due to a city-wide mandate in New York City, all individuals who perform in-person work or interact with the public during business must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or qualify for an approved accommodation to be exempt from being fully vaccinated.
