AI application and Utilization(ChatGPT, Sable Diffusion and the like)
Google Sheets(for daily and weekly progress reporting)

Excellent English is a MUST (both written and spoken)
Knowledge of Google sheets * Knowledge of Gmail
Knowledge on how to deal with warm leads
