**LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS OR PHILIPPINES-BASED CANDIDATES**
Position: Sales Development Representative
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Mondays to Fridays; bet PST and EST, few hours of overlaps
Salary Range: 800-1000 USD/Month
Key Responsibilities:
Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for the technical sales team
Work directly with the technical sales team to identify enhanced sales and marketing messaging
Coordinate and host virtual sales qualification and discovery meetings
Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM (HubSpot)
Consistently achieve monthly goals of qualified leads and software demonstrations
Provide weekly updates to the leadership team on roadblocks, improvement opportunities, and goal progress
Requirements
1-2 years experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Proven success in developing nurturing, and closing sales leads from sales and marketing initiatives
Experience with sales techniques (including cold outreach, email marketing, etc.)
Track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals
Experience with CRM software (HubSpot is a plus)
Ability to analyze, strategize, and present sales performance metrics to the leadership team
