Sales Development Representative - Philippines Based

Our company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Generate potential leads and their contact details from various channels (e.g. social media, client referrals, events, online, etc.)
Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads
Reach out to prospective customers and present, promote, and sell products effectively through phone, email, and other social media sites
Establish rapport and develop positive business relationships with customers and clients
Keep on top of sales strategies and improve through feedback
Generate sales leads with the use of different sourcing methods
Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services.
Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
Schedule: US work hours (40+ hours per week)
Salary: Up to PHP 50,000.00 per month (rate depends on experience and skills)
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Development Representative
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
Impeccable interpersonal skills
Able to work on a graveyard shift
Familiarities with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs and VoIP
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Tech Savvy
Proactive attitude
Technical Requirements:
USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
Working Webcam
Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 mbps wired connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 mbps
